OUR CLASSES
 
Edge Fitness offers group fitness classes around the clock. You can now pick the class and the time that works for your schedule. We offer Les Mills Virtual classes, there are up to 5 different versions of every class and a new version added every 3 months, there is also beginner classes and a 30 min express version incase your in a time crunch or looking to get a workout in over your lunch break!

    Is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - Fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music, helping you achieve more than on your own!
  2. BODYFLOW
    BODYFLOW
    Ideal for anyone and everyone, this is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, body and life. Inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace the elements of Tai Chi and pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and the instructors will provide options for those just getting started.

    This workout you'll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. The instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. One of the best alternatives to doing regular cardio available!
  4. RPM
    RPM
    This indoor cycling class is set to the rhythm of motivating music. Learn all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed so you can build up your training level over time. So if your new don't let that stop you!
  5. CXWorx
    CXWorx
    A Stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports, it's the glue that holds everything together. All the moves have options so it's as challenging as you make it.Instructors guide you through correct thecnique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises.
